Dental Financial Associates are an experienced financial planning business specialising in the dental sector. They originally approached CreativeAdviser to discuss digital marketing. However, upon reviewing their website (which would be the focal point of their online marketing), it became clear that a redesign was needed.

Project goals
Reposition the focus of the website content towards DFA’s primary target market (i.e. dental practitioners and practice owners).
Include clearer, more effective calls to action to drive more online enquiries, newsletter sign-ups and contact form submissions from different web pages.
Develop the website navigation, page structure and layouts to improve the user experience and drive more footfall through the website.
Make the website more responsive to tablets and mobile devices, whilst increasing page loading speeds and cross-browser compatibility.
The results

It was important to focus the content of the website more clearly towards dentists, which was primarily achieved through a new “Who We Help” section. Here, we clearly delineated the different ways Dental Financial Associates help this section, including dental practice owners, new dentists seeking financial advice and retired dentists.

The new financial website designed by CreativeAdviser’s team provided a lot more aesthetic appeal and balance. The user experience was also greatly improved with a clearer navigation structure, more clearly-defined USPs and more strategic calls-to-action. The end result has been a more modern, relevant financial website design which is better able to attract and convert website visitors into enquiries.

The enhanced mobile responsiveness of the new financial website has also dramatically improved footfall and dwell time on the website. Powerful, clinical imagery has also served to make the website more relevant to the target market, without losing the human feel of the brand.
